Students may want to consider applying for private loans if the amount of federal financial aid is not enough to cover the full cost of attendance or if eligibility for financial aid is lost. Private loans are based on credit, therefore you are encouraged to obtain a co-signer to help with the approval as well as to secure a better interest rate.

Hocking College offers more than 50 scholarships that are awarded to hundreds of students. With the support of our generous donors and our commitment within the institution, we are able to offer scholarship opportunities to qualified full-time students.

The Presidential Scholars Award is a competitive scholarship for new students who have demonstrated not only academic excellence in High School but also civic engagement that has enriched their local community. Award recipients will serve as a Student Ambassador representing Hocking College at various events, host guided tours or speak with various stakeholders about the student experience. 要被考虑，学生必须至少达到3分.高中平均成绩5分，并积极参与社区活动.
